Srishti is an overseas-qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting individuals across a range of mental health concerns. Currently she is registered as a provisional psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) completing the three-month transitional program for overseas qualified psychologists. Prior to relocating to Australia, she worked in clinical settings in India providing psychological assessment and therapeutic support to individuals experiencing mental health concerns.
Srishti approaches therapy with curiosity, authenticity, and compassion. She values creating a space where individuals can openly explore their experiences, gain deeper insight into themselves, and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges. She views therapy as an opportunity not only to address difficulties but also to foster personal growth, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy, Srishti tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to create lasting change aligned with their values.

Srishti has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, low mood, stress, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem concerns, body image concerns and adjustment-related issues. She aims to support individuals in developing a deeper understanding of themselves while fostering resilience, emotional wellbeing, and a greater sense of fulfilment in their daily lives.
