Jessica is a Clinical Psychologist who has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Counselling Psychology. Jessica is fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). She also speaks Cantonese. Jessica has worked both overseas and in Australia with children, adolescents and adults providing counselling services. She has experience working in the following areas: anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, stress, and life difficulties, behavioural addictions such as gambling as well as many other areas. She has additional experience working with young people who are on the autism spectrum, have ADHD and learning difficulties. She enjoys working with adolescents who are experiencing anxiety, stress and difficulties associated with school and managing life stressors. Jessica likes to work collaboratively with her clients to ensure that their strengths are maximized and to ensure her clients have a meaningful life. She has a kind, non-judgmental and open approach to her work and enjoys working with a diverse range of clients. She practices using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and she has an interest in schema therapy. |
